The charming, historic town of Pozzuoli is situated in the Campania region of southwestern Italy on the Tyrrhenian Sea, around 18 kilometers west of Naples. Settled since around 528 BCE, the town boasts a wide variety of magnificent ancient buildings, including two Roman amphitheatres and the ruins of a Roman stadium. Today, it has become a popular destination for boating and yachting enthusiasts from around the globe, thanks in part to its convenient location, stunning beauty and fantastic Mediterranean climate.


Pozzuoli is also an excellent base from which to explore the many nearby islands and charming villages along the rolling coastline.
